Since I Am Really Into Cars And Thats What I Think I Succeed At I Decided To Take Pictures That Showed Different Angles Of The Car And I Really Got Experimental When It Came To Taking Pics, I Took A Few Days To Drive Around And Find Spots To Take Pictures Of My Car, I Wanted To Do A Series Of My Car Due To It Going To Be In A Magazine. Its Also On A Few Websites. It Has Been Named Volvo Of The Month On A Online Community That I Am Apart Of. We Have Huge Car Meets Down In Carlisle PE. Where Over 800 Members Throughout The United States Meet Every May. These 8 Shots I Really Wanted To Give Off The Feeling That The Car Had "Attitiude" I Played Around With Each Photo In Photoshop But Not To Much..I Really Had A Hard Time Getting The ISO Right When It Came To Taking The Shots In The Parking Garage. When It Comes To Shooting I Always Think About Adding Text And Other Designs Since I Am In Graphic Design And It Happens To Be A Habit Now. I Also Played With The Lighting By Parking The Car Under Lights At Different Angles. What I Was Really Trying To Capture Are Pictures That I Could See Being Used In A Magazine, And I Wanted To Capture The Life Of The Car, For Example How The Car Is Dirty In Some Pictures And Not Always Clean, To Give It A More Rigid Look.
I did some research on Michael Molloy who is a famous car photographer, and if you haven't noticed I love taking pictures of cars, I have tried to do some lighting and angles similar to his, Michael takes pictures of the cars for companys for their websites and advertisment you would see on a billboard. He uses photoshop on every photo that he pubishes and puts the car in a unique background that brings out the cars color and shape, he also captures all the performance and detailed parts on the cars, such as the rims and brakes, or the badges.
Here are a few pics of my car ( yes another car Photoshoot sorry)
In These Pics I Tried To Capture The Different Lighting Using The Parking Light And The Snow As A Reflection, Along With The Color White Of The Car. And I Tried Shooting Different Angles, And Trying To Capture Different Views.
